Our movement screening tests a set of fundamental movement patterns that are essential for most types of sport and physical activity. For each movement pattern, you are scored from 0-3. We will send you a written report with your score and any necessary corrective exercises.
Running gait is the cycle a leg travels through during one step when running. We use gait analysis to study human motion. By watching you run, we can establish body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles. We look out for any sign of knee or joint pain, incorrect posture, over striding or heel striking.
Our full runners MOT is the complete assessment for any runner wishing to improve technique, form or performance. We put you through our movement screening and gait analysis. You will be assessed from head to toe and we will send you a written report with our findings and any necessary corrective exercises.
